I'm here to help you...

  • Be confident in building and adapting your nutrition plan to your training and performance goals
  • Know how to time your meals and snacks around your school and sport to keep your body and brain energised and focussed.
  • Prevent under fuelling and close the fuelling gap by confidently fuelling more when you train or move more.
  • Develop a strong snacking game that will work best for you before, during, and after training and competition.
  • Create a robust recovery plan to optimise adaptation and reduce injury risk
  • Restore your relationship with food by having fun with your fuelling plan and enjoying foods you love.
  • Overcome the comparison game and eat with confidence knowing that you have your own individual and unique fuelling requirements. You fuel YOU!

Ali's personal Code of Conduct

Early on in her career as a sports dietitian, Ali set a personal code of conduct for herself:

01

Person
before athlete

02

Improve health
& wellbeing

03

Improve
Performance

If we support an athlete with 1 and 2, then 3 naturally will take care of itself. Ali has seen this play out in high-performance environments time and time again over her 20+ year career.
