FUELLING FOR TRAINING & COMPETITION

Ready, set, GO! Fuelling for training & competition can be tricky, especially if you’re nervous or have a gruelling, stomach-churning session. I’ll teach you the three T’s of fuelling – type, total and time. Early morning, late night, double session days, all-day events and multi-day competitions or tournaments are sorted!

Cheers! In this module, we’ll explore the importance of hydration and performance. Hydration in the heat and cold, the critical role of electrolytes and plenty of behind-the-scenes tips and tricks to be consumed here!
